This old floor must have been in place for 60 years plus. In the heart of old town Paso Robles you expect to walk on old squeaky hardwood flooring. The challenge here was to find a floor that could hold up to the newly purposed that it is a foyer now for two businesses and a busy elevator to the residents above. We also needed to overlay the existing hardwood and finish the project in one night. As well as keep the old vintage look.

We decided to go with a Luxury Vinyl Plank by Karndean and ordered three different color selections to mix and blend.

Everyone was happy with the end result. The new quarter round will be painted to match the walls and it will be completed.

We also had a small area outdoors we covered with a look-a-like porcelain tile. See below.

I enjoy the small projects as well, especially when you get to help make a lasting impression.
